Javier’s expertise spans team development, process standardization, and quality management, coupled with a strong proficiency in key property management systems. With over two decades of experience in the multifamily industry, Luisa Luperdi serves as co-founder of Multifamily VendCore Solutions, where she combines her extensive expertise in business operations and project management to drive innovation and efficiency within the sector. Throughout her career, Luisa has successfully managed corporate-level operations across the Southeast, enhancing service delivery and operational excellence.
Luisa’s background encompasses a diverse skill set, including operations, project management, data analytics, and marketing. Her strategic approach to business management is complemented by her strong foundation in sales and customer relations, making her a key player in fostering lasting client partnerships and driving business growth.
Luisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Georgia State University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University. Based out of the corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia, she is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to optimize multifamily operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

Daniela Célleri
UX & Operations Director
As the UX and Operations Director at Multifamily VendCore Solutions, Daniela Célleri specializes in supporting vendors within the multifamily industry. With a strong background in accounting, cloud data management, and financial operations, she is dedicated to ensuring that estimates, invoices, and compliance are managed efficiently and on time, empowering her clients to grow their businesses effectively.
Daniela brings over four years of experience in the vendor industry, including her role as Commerce Manager at a vendor cleaning service company, where she honed her skills in multichannel support and budgeting. Her systematic approach to business processes and commitment to client satisfaction positions her as a trusted partner in driving operational excellence.
In addition to her industry expertise, Daniela has served as a University English Teacher and School Business Teacher and worked as a consultant for various NGOs. Her passion for design thinking fuels her innovative approach to creating seamless, customer-focused solutions.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Commercial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management. Based out of the corporate office, Daniela is committed to leveraging data-driven insights to optimize vendor operations and enhance the overall client experience to allow for business growth and vendor financial goal attainment.
Xavier Berber
Communications Director
Specializing in communications and multimedia, Xavier Berber leverages expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, audio production, and translation and interpretation to deliver impactful, tailored solutions for businesses. With a degree in Communication Sciences, he combines creativity and technical skills to help clients build strong, engaging brands and connect effectively with their audiences.
With extensive experience in multimedia production, Xavier has worked as a sound engineer on the recording of a medium-length film in Mexico, where he also served as editing supervisor. This hands-on experience in both sound design and post-production editing has refined his ability to craft high-quality audio-visual content that captivates and communicates effectively.
Xavier's skill set spans content creation, audio design, multimedia editing, and cross-cultural communication, allowing him to seamlessly integrate visual, auditory, and linguistic elements into every project. His approach ensures that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and engagement while aligning with clients' unique goals.
